Applications

High Purity Silicon Oxide SiO₂ or Silica or Quartz, 99.999% purity micron powder, is primarily used to produce optical glass, quartz glass, optical fiber for telecommunication, optical instrument, czochralski crucible, quartzware machine parts, optical coating and thin film coating materials, electronic components, lubricants, anti-adhesion agents, and defoaming agent etc. SiO₂ can also be used in multi-layer coatings for laser mirrors, anti-reflection coatings, beam splitters, and thin-film capacitors. Nano Particle Silicon Oxide SiO₂ 99.9% is for the preparation of catalyst, filters, medicine, electronic package material, magnetic medium, fiber reinforced composite, ceramic, cosmetics, antibacterial materials etc.
